2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone. When making a booking, you must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special requests.
- Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
- Payment: Payment for our services can be made online at the time of booking, depending on the payment options available. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments must be made in full prior to or at the time of service.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in advance and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. FLA Car Service reserves the right to update prices at any time, but you will be charged the price quoted at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. For cancellations or changes made with less than 48 and up to 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $25 applies. We do not offer same day cancellation refunds.
3. Service Terms
- Punctuality: FLA Car Service is committed to providing timely and reliable service. We track flight times to accommodate delays or early arrivals. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
- Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during their ride. FLA Car Service reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who engages in abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
- Luggage: We will assist with loading and unloading your luggage, but you are responsible for ensuring that all luggage and personal belongings are safely secured. FLA Car Service is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Special Requests: If you have special requests (e.g., car seats, additional stops), please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but certain requests may be subject to availability or additional fees.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability: FLA Car Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. This includes delays, missed flights, lost items, or accidents beyond our control. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the service booked.
- Force Majeure: FLA Car Service shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or strikes.
- Website Use: FLA Car Service strives to ensure that our website is accurate, secure, and operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or available without interruptions. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our website.
