Booking is easy and can be done through our website. Simply choose your desired service, fill in your details, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information, including your pickup time and location.
We recommend allowing ample time to ensure you can comfortably make your scheduled ride. In the event of a delay, we’ll do our best to wait and if it takes long we will re-arrange our schedule to serve you. However, availability can vary, especially during busy periods. Planning ahead can help smooth your journey and reduce waiting times. Please make sure to have phone service as soon as you land so we can communicate with you, or if not please connect to the airport wifi.
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. For cancellations or changes made with less than 48 and up to 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $25 applies. We do not offer same day cancellation refunds.
No, there are no hidden fees. Our flat rate includes up to 5 pieces of luggage, and we offer car seats and booster seats at no additional cost. Please specify your needs for car seats or booster seats at the time of booking. Please keep in mind we are not allowed, as per our insurance terms, to install or secure the car seats or booster seats.
